Le Domaine d'Orgemont

Rich in unusual history, nestled among the fields of the Gâtinais Natural Park, this estate located 50 km from Paris welcomes you to its castle, chapel, 144m² marquee, chalets, and its 9-hectare park! You will have access to 36 beds in the 18 rooms, distributed between the castle and the 5 chalets on the estate.

Set off for an off-site retreat in a 19th-century bourgeois residence equipped with fiber optics and nestled in 9 hectares of park and forest! You can settle in teams in the large living room where the Wi-Fi reaches 600 Mb/s, as well as in the bar and dining room of the castle, which can respectively accommodate 25, 10, and 6 people. You will also have access to the marquee (144m²) and the chapel (65m²) where you can organize your meetings, activities, and meals. Carefully decorated, the chalets and the castle rooms offer all modern comfort in a refreshing environment, each equipped with a small desk where you can work away from the group, for instance, during a call or video meeting. The fireplace room and TV lounge will welcome you for more informal work moments.

Many activities are possible within the estate: pétanque, basketball, ping-pong, foosball, karaoke, and Nordic spa (for an additional fee). The various spaces of the estate also allow for meditation, dancing, singing, and theater practices... For enthusiasts, a yoga room and about twenty mats are available. It is also possible to book a yoga class with a certified instructor (for an additional fee). Several hiking trails are accessible from the estate, including the GR1 trail that circles Île-de-France. Many activities are available on-site thanks to our partners: team building, CSR, photographer, DJ, oenologist, bartender... Additionally, located near the Cerny aerodrome (5 km), the Volant Salis Museum will delight aviation enthusiasts.

For catering, everything is possible. You can cook together in the equipped kitchen on-site to foster team cohesion, or you can have meals delivered by nearby restaurants, catering services, or even hire chefs for in-home dining. Philippe offers all the necessary options for your stay.

Philippe's estate is committed to an eco-responsible approach. It was renovated from 2018 to 2021 with the aim of maximizing energy savings: LED lighting, double glazing, wood wool insulation, outdoor lighting activated by motion sensors, etc. The 9-hectare wooded park is a refuge for local biodiversity, and parts of it are kept wild to protect the ecosystem. Philippe recommends arriving at the estate via public transport to limit your carbon footprint.

Additionally, you have the option to increase the number of rooms from 18 to 24 by renting Le Clos d'Orgemont located directly opposite the Domaine d'Orgemont. This allows for a maximum accommodation capacity of 50 individual beds, or 24 single rooms, or any other mix of single or twin rooms for between 24 and 50 participants.

Le Clos d'Orgemont offers a peaceful and green setting, designed to accommodate up to 14 people, with 6 comfortable rooms featuring private bathrooms.

The interior spaces span 280 m² and include two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for group meals or coffee breaks. A dedicated office space allows for optimal working conditions, fostering concentration during meetings, workshops, or brainstorming sessions.

To reinforce team cohesion and encourage moments of relaxation among colleagues, the venue also features leisure areas, such as billiards and foosball, ideal for creating informal exchange times and strengthening bonds.

Outside, a enclosed garden and terrace invite relaxation and convivial moments in a natural environment conducive to recharging. Parking for up to 7 cars facilitates access for all participants.
